Frontline Recruitment is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our client's team! The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, working with various metals to produce high-quality results. Position: MIG/TIG Welder

Location: Leicester, LE5

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
3. Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards
4. Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently
5. Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy and structural integrity
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder (certifications preferred)
2. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
3. Strong knowledge of metal properties, welding techniques, and safety protocols
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information:

1. Pay rate: £13.50
2. Shift pattern: 07:30-16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:30-12:30 Friday
3. Assignment: Temporary ongoing
