Assistant Bid Manager / Executive (Liverpool)

New Assistant Bid Manager or Executive role focusing on BD pipeline and bid management. International law firm. Liverpool based.

This international law firm, with a modern and tech-focused approach, is seeking an Assistant Bid Manager or Executive to join their Liverpool office due to growth. The role will focus on major pitches and panel review, as well as strategic BD projects and process management. The role would suit a BD and bids professional with fantastic project management, stakeholder management, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute high-level strategic pitches
  • Advise Partners on the pitch process and the bid/no bid decision
  • Work with wider teams to ensure strategic pricing management
  • Implement a comprehensive pitch feedback process
  • Support with post-pitch onboarding and client relationship management
  • Ensure pitch infrastructure is in place and processes are efficient

The firm is looking for someone with exposure to professional services bid management. Candidates must be passionate about process improvement and strategic BD.
