We currently have two opportunities: one Senior Electronics Design role and a more Junior Design Engineer position, focusing on Digital, Embedded, and Analogue technologies in North Hertfordshire. The Electronics Design Engineer will be working with a global organisation focusing on the development of smart tech / IoT and Wireless.

Responsibilities will include working on a range of Electronic Designs with some hands-on work on a wide range of state-of-the-art products, mainly focusing on IoT. This will involve full product development from conception, specification, and design of prototypes through to manufacture. Other responsibilities will include:

1. Feasibility studies for new technical innovations;
2. Researching new techniques and technologies to enhance the company’s product line;
3. Assisting in the design of appropriate Tests;
4. Production Support.

The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree, along with a proven background in Electronics Design, along with:

• Digital and Analogue Electronics (there is also a role that is purely Analogue focused);
• Prototyping of circuit board designs;
• Knowledge of Embedded / Firmware of Digital knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Two opportunities exist: a more junior role with 1-2 years experience and another more senior Engineer role. After probation, hybrid working will be a minimum of 3 days per week depending on project delivery. No visa sponsorship available, even for PSW. Full UK authorisation is required.
