Python Developer - AI Voice Technology

Base Salary: Up to £105,000 per annum + share options
Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)

We're seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our Voice team in London, working on real-time communication, speech recognition, and MLOps infrastructure. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £105,000 per annum, along with stock options, reflecting the critical nature of AI-driven voice technology.

As a Python Developer focusing on back-end development, you'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our runtime stack, ensuring scalability and reliability. You'll also work closely with a high-performing technical team to drive innovation in conversational AI, and build advanced voice assistants that enable natural, human-like conversations.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain backend systems for AI-driven voice assistants.
• Enhance real-time communication and speech recognition infrastructure.
• Contribute to the team's MLOps and platform stability.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong Python development experience with a focus on back-end systems.
• Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Exposure to SRE principles and cloud infrastructure.
