The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to the CTO and CSO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while handling a variety of high-level responsibilities. This role goes beyond traditional diary management—it requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to represent senior executives in meetings when required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive Executive Support – Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and ensure executives are fully prepared for engagements.
  • Meeting Representation – Attend meetings on behalf of the CTO, take detailed notes, and follow up on key action items.
  • Project Coordination – Support the CTO with strategic initiatives and operational projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management – Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and high-level communication with professionalism.
  • Travel & Expense Management – Arrange travel logistics and manage expense reporting efficiently.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

What You Bring

  • Executive Support Expertise – 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting a CTO or senior leadership within a fast-growing software or tech organisation.
  • Tech Industry Experience – Background in a software-driven environment, understanding the dynamics of fast-paced, high-growth tech companies.
  • Project Management Skills – Ability to manage and track executive-led projects, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Exceptional Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding Organisational Skills – High attention to detail, ability to prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and handle shifting priorities with efficiency.

Why Join?

  • Competitive Compensation – Salary of £70,000 - £75,000, plus an 8% performance-based bonus (historically overpaid for the past four years).
  • Remote Flexibility – Work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with no significant travel requirements.
  • Impactful Role – Be at the heart of strategic decision-making and play a crucial role in supporting key leaders in a high-growth organisation.
  • Career Development – Opportunity to expand your skills in executive support, project coordination, and stakeholder management at a fast-growing, globally recognised software company.
