Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will carry the full responsibility for all Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) on the Enniskillen site.
  2. You will be expected to contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational targets and overall business aim, whilst ensuring reliability and consistency of operation through the development of people, plant and process.
  3. As Plant Manager, you will be a champion for the site and ensure that the business is seen as a positive contributor to the local economy and community.
