We are seeking talented professionals to join our Digital Acceleration consulting team within Business Technology, specifically supporting large-scale clients as they implement and maximise value from SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems. We need experienced Technical Project Managers at the Managing Consultant level, who can drive these transformations from strategic planning through to end-to-end implementation.

Core Skills:
· ERP and SAP S/4HANA Experience: Expertise in deploying ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, including data migration, integration, and system optimisation for large enterprises.
· Project Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, working with third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of ERP systems in a manner aligned with client objectives.
· SAP/ERP Delivery Approaches: Capable of designing delivery solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support feature rollouts or entire ERP migration workstreams.
· Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in presenting status updates and technical impacts effectively across different client levels, from junior team members to executive leadership and clients.
· Business Translation: Translate technical changes into business-friendly artefacts that allow stakeholders to evaluate operational impacts effectively.
· Budget and Timeline Management: Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, with clear evidence of handling budgetary responsibilities in a consulting setting.
Senior Manager-Specific Expertise:
· Strategic Vision and Roadmap Execution: Ability to articulate ERP transformation roadmaps, including SAP S/4HANA rollouts, and engage with clients and stakeholders to finalise forward plans.
· Transformation Leadership: Evidence of delivering digital or ERP transformations that drive material business impacts, including SAP S/4HANA deployments and cloud transformations.
· Team Leadership in Complex Environments: Experience coordinating and managing teams of up to 50 FTEs in complex, multi-vendor ERP environments (across sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications).
· Cross-Methodology Delivery: Skilled in designing and executing end-to-end delivery solutions using both Waterfall and Agile (e.g. SAFe) methodologies, from initial planning through to business-as-usual (BAU) phases.
· Capability Development: Evidence of mentoring and building capabilities within teams, including the development of junior ERP-focused consultants.
· Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to achieve a personal sales target of £1m, specifically through ERP transformation engagements.
