Job description
A London market MGA is recruiting for a Bordereaux Operations Technician to join its Group Operations Team.
Reporting to the IBA Manager, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in managing premium collection and processing while driving efficiencies through technology.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Premium collection and debt management
- Managing premium payments to insurers
- Monthly reconciliations
- KPI reporting
- Working with the COO to help implement operational efficiencies
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in a similar role with an insurer or MGA, possess strong Excel skills to facilitate effective data management, have some experience using online banking systems, and ideally have had some exposure to bordereaux production.
