Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with an international professional services business, to appoint a Head of Treasury reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role will be to advise and implement an optimised treasury function to support the growth of the business.

Location: Central London (c.2-3 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Work with and coordinate the treasury activities in the local countries.
• Ensure the local teams implement cash pooling, supporting them to run an RFP and set it up operationally.
• Ensure the local teams utilize the non-recourse factoring facility in an efficient way providing them with advice and best practices.
• Ensure the local teams conduct an accurate near-term cash flow forecast at regular intervals (monthly).

Candidate Profile:

• Must have strong experience in cash pooling and cash forecasting.
• International experience working with local teams.
• Ideally experience in non-recourse factoring.
• Able to influence and gain trust and has a hands-on approach.
