Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal contacts, taking ownership of the end-to-end Order Window process; collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics functions from brief through to production and delivery to global markets.
Coordinating order window planning and execution – owning the project cycle, critical path, and communication plan; monitoring and escalating where necessary to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
Managing and developing key client, internal, and supplier relationships.
Anticipating and mitigating risks associated with a complex execution environment.
Responsible for overall compliance with quality assurance protocols.
Providing technical input and expert advice as required.
Suggesting alternative options and innovative ideas where possible.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Experience/background in Promotional Merchandise / Premium Items.
Client services background.
Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong negotiator with solid financial reporting and forecasting experience.
Branded Merchandise production experience (Barware, Drinkware, Textiles, Gifting).
Experience with blue-chip brand partners and large-scale projects.
