An established industry player is seeking a skilled TIG welder to join their precision engineering team in Redditch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with thin gauge metal fabrications in a first-class manufacturing environment. Shift: Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm to 2:30am and Thursdays 4:30pm to 1:30am (39hrs)
Pay: £20.01 rising to £20.58 (£41736 base per annum) once internally signed off approx. 6 months max. This can rise again to £21.20 and £21.99.
For entry level TIG welders - recently qualified/approx. 1 years experience £16.62 start rate.
Overtime: available at 1.33 Mon-Fri, 1.5 Saturday and double time Sunday. Earnings of £45000 and upwards achievable.

Commutable from Redditch, Alcester, Warwick and surrounding areas.
