Our amazing special care baby unit at St Richard's is looking for a qualified band 5 nurse to join our team for a year's fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We can offer supportive orientation and mandatory training.

We provide care for babies 32 weeks gestation and over and have 2 HDU cots and 10 special care cots. We work in the Thames Valley and Wessex neonatal network and are part of the UHSussex hospitals which cover Worthing, Brighton, and Haywards Heath. We are working towards Family integrated care with families supporting them to learn how to care for their babies in preparation for discharge.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our team of talented nurses. If successful, you will be supported in your development and be provided with opportunities.

If you have a passion for neonatal nursing, are qualified in the specialty, or wanting to change specialty, please consider applying for this band 5 role.
