An established industry player in Information Technology is seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance user experience and system performance. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for assisting end users, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and proactively monitor system performance. Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

Help end users with their daily issues
Maintain proper relationships with vendors
Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventory
Own and ensure proper on & off-boarding of team members
Search for possibilities to improve end user’s daily work.
Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement necessary adjustments
Collaborate with cross-functional, multinational teams to identify and address system issues promptly
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards
Attend local IT meetings
Own BCP/DR for Xceedance UK and act as contact person in case of the events
