Job description

Assembly Operative | Andover area | £12.21 per hour up to £13.80

We are currently seeking several Assembly Operatives for an immediate start to join our client's dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in the production process, working as part of a supportive team to ensure high-quality assembly of products. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for those looking to develop new skills and start a career in the industry.

As an Assembly Operative, your duties will include:
  1. Assisting in the assembly of small parts with a willingness to adapt to various tasks.
  2. Following established processes and procedures to ensure high product quality.
  3. Conducting quality checks on finished products.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 3pm.

As an Assembly Operative, you'll have:
  1. A strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Physical capability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
