Early Years Teacher Bideford & Surrounding Areas
Location: Bideford, North Devon
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible for the right candidate
Pay: £130 - £150 per day (dependant on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-day supply

Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher or an enthusiastic ECT with a passion for creating magical learning moments?

The ideal Early Years Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with an Early Years specialism or strong EYFS experience
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• A nurturing, creative, and proactive teaching style
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Flexibility to adapt to different settings with confidence and a positive attitude

Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering fun, play-based learning that supports children’s development
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Observing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress
• Communicating effectively with support staff and parents
• Promoting the well-being and personal development of each child
