Job description

We are recruiting for an Early Years Teacher (Nursery Teacher) to lead the preschool room in a quality driven early years setting in Sale, Greater Manchester.

The role is a permanent full-time position (40hrs) working Monday to Friday all year round.

  • Salary £13.50k - £15.50 per hour (£28,080k - £32,240 per annum)

What you need for the Early Years Teacher role in Sale, Greater Manchester:

  • Need to be teacher qualified, so QTS, PGCE or EYP, EYTS.
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding.
  • Experience of managing a small team of nursery nurses.

What is involved:

  • Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years.
  • Leading a small team of Practitioners in a preschool room (up to 37 full-time equivalent children).
  • Leading on planning.
  • Deputising when required and covering for the deputy when they are on holiday. Key holder etc. manage the parent class and other additional duties.
