January 2025 Start
We are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate Early Years Coach for our client, a Training Provider like no other. It's a rare opportunity for someone working within a Childcare setting to make the leap into the world of coaching/tutoring!
With this company, you will be joining a multi-award winner who prides itself on developing its staff. They are big enough to provide a secure role, yet small enough that people will know who you are, and your hard work and dedication will be valued and rewarded. They have recently been awarded Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For in the UK, which is reflected in the package and training and development you'll receive upon joining them.
This company has family values, and providing you with a work/life balance is at the very top of their agenda. Additionally, they are now one of the leading Childcare training providers in the UK, and to become the top, which is their ambition, they are wanting to meet you!
These roles are aimed at Childcare professionals who want to make the leap into Coaching/Tutoring, so it's essential you have this experience or a relevant degree to back it up. Further, this is a work-from-home role, allowing you more time to speak to learners, helping, guiding, and motivating, with less time stuck in traffic on the road! The company is all about quality over quantity, and remote working enables you to spend more time speaking to learners.
Although this is home-based, you will always feel part of the team. You will have tutors working in the geographical areas with you, whom you can bounce ideas off, and a truly supportive management team to lean on. The expectation is that you will also spend 2 days a month at Head Office (accessible in West Yorkshire), where you will be invited to put forward your ideas and experiences amongst your peers.
If you are working in a Childcare setting and feel ready to share your experiences to help others, and want to be part of this incredible success story, then this role is perfect for you. Similarly, if you have seen the benefits of remote learning, from your work/life balance to spending more time with learners, this will be the way they operate from here on in. An Early Years background, combined with an associated degree (or able to teach up to Level 5 EY) is essential, as is your commitment and drive.
What you can also expect is a superb basic salary (starting at around £23,500, rising with service and experience), brilliant holiday entitlement, and a host of other benefits that are above the norm. If you are looking to add to your salary, there are substantial bonuses paid for the completion of learners and signing up new ones.
The role is to start ideally in early 2025, subject to your notice period; so please, send us your CV today and we'll arrange a confidential, informal chat to kick things off.
