Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Apprentice (MK45)


Are you a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? An independent school in Bedford (MK45) is seeking a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or Childcare Practitioner to join their close-knit team.


This small, nurturing setting allows staff to focus on personalised learning, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality, a hands-on approach, and a love for outdoor learning - so be prepared to get mucky!


About the Role:

  1. Full-time role preferred, but part-time applicants considered
  2. Supporting children in line with EYFS standards
  3. Encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners
  4. Working collaboratively with staff and families to create a nurturing environment
  5. SEND experience is desirable but not essential

About You:

  1. Level 3 Early Years qualification or Childcare Practitioner qualification
  2. Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about early years education
  3. Comfortable with outdoor play and messy activities
  4. A team player with excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

  1. £90-£100 per day, depending on experience
