We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above in Early Years) to join our team. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.


You'll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.


Responsibilities:
  1. Promote high-quality standards within the nursery regarding the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
  2. Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
  3. Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  4. Prepare and support children's activities.
  5. In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment.
  6. Contribute to ensuring that practice in the nursery meets the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.

What we are looking for:
  1. Level 2 or 3 Diploma for Childcare.
  2. Experience in childcare or nursery settings.
  3. Knowledge of early childhood education and principles.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  5. Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
