What You'll Be Doing:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a love of learning. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to:

1. Work closely with the nursery teacher to plan and deliver exciting, engaging activities that captivate and inspire young children.
2. Provide dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual needs are met with care and creativity.
3. Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
4. Get hands-on in supporting personal care routines, ensuring children's health and well-being are at the forefront.
5. Track children's development and progress, contributing valuable observations to their learning journey.

Who We're Looking For:
We want someone full of energy, creativity, and passion for early childhood education! If you're working towards or already have a CACHE Level 3 or equivalent Early Years qualification, we want to hear from you. We're looking for:

1. Previous experience in an early years setting (nursery, preschool, or similar).
2. Someone actively working towards their childcare qualification (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent).
3. A caring, positive approach to supporting children's development and an eagerness to help them grow.
4. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
5. Experience with SEN is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are what truly matter!
