Our client, a private day nursery on the outskirts of Corby, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive nursery team. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Planning and delivering fun, creative, and engaging activities that support children's development.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, identifying next steps.
Ensuring children's safety and well-being at all times.
Communicating effectively with parents, offering support and regular updates.
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early years setting.
A genuine passion for child development and helping little ones reach their potential.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A nurturing, patient, and creative approach.
