Are you a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work opportunities? We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Early Years Practitioners to join our team and work in various nurseries across the Abingdon Area. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and expertise while enjoying the flexibility of agency work.

Duties:

1. Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development, encouraging curiosity and growth.
2. Support daily routines, such as mealtimes, nap times, and toileting, to ensure each child’s comfort and well-being.
3. Help to maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
4. Build strong, positive relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues, ensuring open communication and a welcoming environment for everyone.

Requirements:

• Early Years Level 3 or above qualification.
• Proven experience working as a Nursery Nurse, demonstrating a deep understanding of childcare best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different nursery settings.
• Valid first aid certification (desirable).

We will work around your availability regarding shifts and hours. Standard shifts for these clients typically begin between 8:00-9:00 am and end between 5:00-6:00 pm.
