Academics are proud to be working with an excellent nursery based in Havering, London that is looking for a driven and passionate Early Years Educator to join their friendly team in September 2024!

This is an extremely rewarding role, where you will work closely with the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager to ensure that the young children are safe and secure. You will have the opportunity to grow and progress within your role and express new and dynamic ideas to improve the service.

Job Details:

** £83.33 - £110 per day
** Full time (Monday – Friday)
** Fixed term, with the view of a permanent contract
** Excellent CPD and progression
** Onsite parking

Your Role and Responsibilities:
** To be responsible for providing a high quality of teaching & learning & offer appropriate stimulation & support to the children as they prepare for school.
** To assist in setting up & clearing away in a pack away setting, ensuring the daily provision follows the planning & is inviting & engaging for the children.
** To participate in staff supervisions & to identify any personal training needs.
** To respond to each child's need for individual care & attention & provide a high level of care that will enhance the children's general health & well-being, including their personal needs (nappy changes, toilet training).
** To assist with escorting children on any educational visits.

Qualifications/Personal Specification:
** L3 Childcare or equivalent.
** Previous experience working as an EYFS Educator or similar role.
** Good knowledge of EYFS.
** Previous experience working with children aged 2-5 years.
** Adaptable approach.
** Calm, patient and resilient.
** Team player.
** Driven and ambitious.
