Job description

We are looking for an Early Help Partner Coordinator to join an Early Help Service in London.

About the team

The team works closely with families to support them in the early stages of a challenge they may be facing to prevent any further escalation. This position requires strong partnership work with schools, voluntary sectors, and other universal partners who have established relationships with the children and families to successfully provide comprehensive support structures. This team prides itself on their ability to monitor the progress of each case and ensure positive prevention methods that lead to positive outcomes for all children involved.

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Work Professional with substantial knowledge in a children's frontline setting, looking for a change of pace and positioning within statutory processes. Good communication skills and confidence in supporting others to improve their practice are essential.
