Job description

Early Help Coordinator needed in SE London

The rate is £22.78ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The reference number is: RQ1497679.

The successful candidate will provide training and scaffolding support to professionals across the partnership. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Support with developing Family Advice Record & Plans previously known within the Early Help Assessment;
  2. Facilitation of Team around the Family (TAF) Meetings;
  3. Facilitation of Team around the School (TAS) Meetings;
  4. Bespoke training via the LSCP, among other mechanisms.

They will also support the development of clear action plans with clarity of roles and responsibilities of all parties. Crucial to the role is negotiation and supporting agencies in their work with families, building on the existing positive relationships in a child and family’s life.
