Job Title: Early Talent Development Manager
Location: Hybrid working, 3 days per week at Head Office near Aylesbury plus occasional UK travel
Salary: circa £45k p/a
Hours of Work: Full-time
A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, progressive and successful engineering-based organisation as an Early Talent Development Manager. This is a new role requiring the successful candidate to develop, implement and lead the early talent development programmes including apprenticeships, graduate opportunities, internships and sandwich placements and any other careers initiatives necessary to support the development of future talent pipeline, within a well-established but developing organisation.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is both a strategic and operational role requiring you to develop and then manage the early careers programmes; you'll act as a subject matter expert in relation to early careers initiatives, promoting alternative resourcing models to managers across the organisation for sourcing required skills and talent.
This role will also require you to represent the company externally, promoting the employer brand to generate enhanced awareness of the company, its organisational values, and the benefits of developing a career within it.
