About The Team

About The Role
You will manage recruitment and coordinate delivery of talent pipeline programmes, including internships and work experience in line with our early careers talent acquisition strategy. Supporting our firm's commitment to inclusion and diversity, building open and accessible routes into our profession for entry level talent.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador for our firm as the first point of contact with the ability to promote our point of difference to varying audiences.
  • Working closely with the early careers talent acquisition team to deliver efficient administration support across all future talent (internships, work experience and insight programmes) for school leavers and undergraduates across multiple offices.
  • Working with the Future Talent Manager to confirm hiring numbers, team allocations and programme timing.
  • Coordinate and deliver programme content confidently for our internship and work experience opportunities including in person workshops, presentation and virtual webinars.
  • Planning and arranging logistical details for work experience, internships and insight programmes run both in person and virtually.
  • Using Forvis Mazars applicant tracking system to manage and track hiring processes for our future talent programmes.
  • Collaborate with the Early Careers Attraction team to plan and host marketing initiatives and events to raise awareness of internships and opportunities externally.
  • Ensuring all activities and communications support our firmwide strategy and commitments and are fully aligned with our employer brand guidelines.
  • Ensure excellent programme experience for all students and business stakeholders, monitoring and responding to feedback with a view to continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
  • Early Careers recruitment administration experience in a high-volume organisation.
  • Event and programme coordination and delivery experience.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills and working with senior stakeholders.
  • A strong candidate focus with a desire to provide an exceptional experience and introduction to the firm.
