Job description

Vision for Education are looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) across Stamford/Market Deeping and surrounding areas to join our bank of supply staff for Summer term and Autumn term 2025.

About the role

At Vision, we have a lot of experience of helping ECTs get experience on a supply basis, and placing them into permanent roles. If you are an ECT but feel you need a little more classroom experience before taking on a permanent Class Teacher role, then supply teaching can be a great way of doing that. You will deliver pre-planned work to your preferred year groups and can build up a regular bank of schools you supply at. Permanent and long-term roles often come as a result of doing supply too, so it increases your chances of finding a role in a school that you already know.

About the school

At Vision, we work with a wonderful range of primary schools across Cambridgeshire, North Lincs, Norfolk and Suffolk - anything from a 2 class school up to a 28 class school! We can tailor the jobs we offer you to the year groups you want, or the type of school you want to work in.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary ECTs - Supply Teaching you will:

  • Successful completion of PGCE, BEd, BA(QTS) course
  • You don't have to have graduated yet
  • Positive references from your final placement school and your course

Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
