Are you a passionate and driven Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) eager to make a real difference in primary education?

We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic NQTs to join a welcoming and high-performing primary school in the OL7 area on a flexible supply basis. Due to growing class sizes, the school is seeking support in a variety of roles, including class teaching, PPA cover, and HLTA positions. Whether you're yet to graduate but finished with placements, seeking roles after graduation or planning for September, apply now!

Available Roles:

  • Full classroom teaching
  • PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) support

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

What We're Looking For:

  • A recently qualified teacher (PGCE or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student achievement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards working in different settings
