About the Role

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to support the EAP Operations function in coordinating and administration of governance systems including the Project Control, EAP Service Complaints, EAP Monthly Updates, Black-Box Reviews, Vendor Setup systems.

What will your job look like?

  • Support the administration of the Project Control system, including logging, coordinating the progress of, and closing out of Project Controls
  • Support the co-ordination of the delivery of training to the EAP department as per the EAP Training Plan
  • Support the co-ordination of Black-Box Reviews as per the EAP Black-Box Review Plan
  • Support and circulate periodic departmental updates on EAP operations
  • Support the administration and coordination of the Vendor setup system
  • Support the administration of the EAP Service Complaints system
  • Build relationships with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that they are kept informed of the progress of all relevant changes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration

  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage priorities
