Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven, motivated, and customer-focused Project Manager to join our UK HxGN EAM team. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring consistent value and quality of delivery for all clients, regardless of project size. As a Project Manager, we expect candidates to have a proactive approach to project delivery, working with clients and internal teams to consistently deliver excellence.

You must possess strong client-facing skills and have a demonstrable track record in managing asset management software or ERP implementations. A minimum of 5 years of proven Project Management experience is required. Knowledge of a structured project methodology is desirable. HxGN EAM knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential. You must also be able to work with global project and support teams and plan your work accordingly.

Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite for this position. You must maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress and have the ability to work in a multicultural environment and foster client relationships.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for multiple projects.
  2. Ensure project deliverables are complete and accurate, and that agreed processes are followed, including compliance with the HxGN EAM Delivery Methodology.
  3. Manage all project processes (governance, planning, control, monitoring, risks and issues, reporting, and team management).
  4. Anticipate clients’ needs and propose alternative business solutions.
  5. Work alongside technical and functional consultants to develop project plans and ensure adherence to HxGN EAM Delivery Methodology and Governance (PID, RAID, etc.).
  6. Continually seek and capitalize on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  7. Possess a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives.
  8. Maintain client engagement through regular meetings and status reports.
  9. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all projects under direction.
  10. Ensure that all timesheets are processed within the set requirements.
  11. Analyse profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.
  12. Manage project budgets and liaise with budget sponsors where necessary.
  13. Address elevated billing issues when they arise.
  14. Manage to and achieve revenue goals set for the projects.
  15. Serve as a key participant and facilitator in team and client meetings.
  16. Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation and governance.
  17. Confront issues openly and quickly.
  18. Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and peers in the business.
  19. Tactfully communicate sensitive information.
  20. Encourage creative and innovative thinking from team members while assisting them in bringing their ideas and career plans to fruition.
  21. Work across the organization to share lessons learned and best practice methods.
  22. Confidently and comfortably engage with client representatives—including sponsors, stakeholders, managers, executives, and process owners—while effectively collaborating with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with client expectations.
  23. Working hours will match global client business hours, with consideration for flexible working once relationships and project processes have been established.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Knowledge of asset management financial, accounting, and distribution systems.
  2. Understanding of ERP solutions.
  3. Proven IT service management/delivery experience is valuable.
  4. Experience working on substantial change projects is highly desirable.
  5. Ability to build expert knowledge in our industry and convey knowledge to other members.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  7. AgilePM certification is desirable.
  8. PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification.
