Exciting opportunity for those with a CELTA, ESOL or TEFL qualification!

Tradewind are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants with CELTA, ESOL or TEFL qualifications in and around Harrow. A secondary school in Harrow is looking for an enthusiastic team player who is keen to inspire young learners by providing and supporting high quality teaching and enjoyable lessons. You will have a desire for working with young people and be looking to make a real difference.

This would be a full-time EAL Teaching Assistant role and would be perfect for somebody that is looking to be a have a rewarding role, supporting the academic and linguistic development of children whose native language is not English.

Responsibilities:

1. Organising and collecting resources for the lessons
2. Delivering interventions for children whose native language is not English
3. Use enthusiasm to encourage children to become involved in lessons

Minimum Requirements:

1. Hold a degree
2. Hold a CELTA, TEFL or ESOL qualification
3. Have experience working with children (from volunteering, youth-work, tutoring, coaching, Teaching Assistant work etc)
4. Have experience working with Special Educational Needs
