Social Care in Action is currently supporting people in our Extra Care sites to ensure they stay safe and well. We currently have opportunities for Support Workers to work full-time at our Extra Care Scheme in Lymington. Part-time hours can be considered.
Shifts: 07:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:15.
Long day shifts available with an hour break.
About You

You’ll always be supported and looked after by your SCA Care colleagues and wider Social Care in Action family, and full training will be provided.
About the role
Our Extra Care Schemes support individuals to remain in their own homes with person-centred care to enable them to live as independently as possible whilst taking into account their choices and respecting their human rights. SCiA works closely with other agencies including CQC, adult services, local GP practices and the local community.

Our Extra Care Schemes are developments that comprise self-contained homes, and SCA Care provides support to tenants to enable self-care and independent living.
