What you will do:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and management of complex cognitive communication and language disorders, as well as dysphagia in patients with neurological conditions.
2. Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
3. Play a key role in the ongoing rehabilitative care and recovery of patients with neurological impairments.
4. Engage in key working elements, managing communication with patients and families to support their journey.
5. The role will be based within the neuro-rehab level 1 TBI service and will focus on contributing significantly to the MDT management of these patients.

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field. While a driving licence is preferable, it is not mandatory.
