Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out general maintenance and repair work on buildings and facilities.
2. Perform inspections and routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and premises are in good condition.
3. Ensure the smooth running of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.
6. Keep maintenance records up to date.

Requirements:

1. Valid CSCS Card (required for this role).
2. Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.
3. Good knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills.
