The following is essential criteria:

1. Degree in Social Work
2. SWE Registration
3. Right to work within the UK

Combined localities Team to work within a busy Adults Community/Locality team 36 hours per week 9-5 Monday – Friday. Essential – car driver. Experienced social worker. Hybrid working mandatory office days Wednesday and Friday and training/duty days.

Main areas of work:

1. Completing Social care needs assessments
2. Support planning
3. Commissioning
4. Risk assessing and managing risks – attending MARAMS safeguarding
5. MCA/BI
6. CHC – DST

You must have:

1. A professional qualification in social work
2. Social Work England registration
3. Enhanced DBS/Update service
4. References required for the last 5 years of employment
