The Company: Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Coleshill, Birmingham, B46. Due to continued success, they're looking for multiple warehouse operatives to join the team based in Coleshill.

Your Responsibilities:

• Picking goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
• Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas
• Stock checking and rotating
• Working towards set daily productivity targets
• General warehouse duties
• Picking using pallet track

The Candidate:

• Warehouse/picking experience desired but not essential as full training provided
• Great attention to detail
• Reliable with a desire to succeed
• Target driven / motivated
• Good communication skills
• Initiative and the ability to solve problems
