Join to apply for the Employee Relations Lead, 12 months FTC, Mainly Remote role at Buy Local Sundridge Ltd.
Employee Relations Lead required to work for a large, growing enterprise business based in Central London. However, this role is mainly remote and you would only have to be in the office circa once a week. This role is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract but could potentially blossom into something more permanent.
Despite this being a lead role, you will only be officially managing one person, but will still have overall responsibility for the team. However, we need this person to have managed a team of 5+ people. The sector you come from is not important, but you would have to have worked for sizeable organisations in the past.
We also need you to have senior Business Stakeholder Management skills at C-suite level, along with the ability to show your battle-scars as examples when dealing with resistance from the business.
You will be dealing with various projects, such as Labour Government Changes, Policy Enhancement Projects etc. However, we DO NOT need a Lawyer. We need someone who has solid hands-on experience within Employee Relations who can help simply drive the function forward and get key tasks completed.
The firm uses a Case Management System called Navex and it is essential that you have exposure to Case Management Systems, but not necessarily Navex. You will also be steered by the FRC (Financial Reporting Council) for quarterly updates that you and the team will have to implement. There will also be regular updates with the Legal & Risk team internally.
We have been looking for this candidate for a little while now but the biggest thing our candidates have been lacking is the technical ER expertise. There is already a strong team in place who can manage the day-to-day case management, but we really need someone with that deep technical knowledge to steer our client through the forthcoming changes with the employment rights bill, as well as being data driven.
This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience. Apply now for more details.
