A consultancy client is seeking an AI Consultant with expertise in both Generative AI and Agentic AI to join the team on a 6-month contract. They are a large conglomerate who have recently opened a large Data and AI hub and we have already collaborated with them to expand their team across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimise generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs) for creating text, images, and other media.
  • Lead the development of creative AI solutions that can autonomously generate content across multiple domains.
  • Develop intelligent agent systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with users or other systems.
  • Design and implement agent-based models and systems that adapt to real-time data and evolving environments.
  • Build AI agents capable of learning from interactions and improving decision-making processes over time.
  • Work closely with product teams to integrate generative and agentic AI solutions into customer-facing applications and internal processes.
  • Ensure the responsible development and deployment of AI systems, adhering to ethical principles and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to create high-impact AI solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in generative AI, including experience with deep learning architectures such as GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models (e.g., GPT).
  • Expertise in building multi-agent systems where multiple autonomous agents interact and collaborate, either in competitive or cooperative settings.
  • Expertise in designing and developing agentic AI systems, including reinforcement learning and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenAI Gym).
  • Experience with cloud-based AI tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, safety, and governance in the development of autonomous systems.
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and coordinating interactions between autonomous agents.
