We are seeking an experienced care assistant to join our team for 22 hours (Day) per week.

You do not need experience but just to share our values and deliver our aim by:

  1. Being responsive and showing compassion to the individual needs of all.
  2. Providing residents and staff with a warm, friendly, healthy and safe environment to live and work.
  3. Establishing a person-centred approach to care.
  4. Building the best team by encouraging training and self-development of all.

What does the role involve?

  1. Personal care – assisting with washing and dressing.
  2. Assisting with meals by supporting with eating and drinking.
  3. Completing daily care plans.
  4. Assisting with mobility.
