The Role

As an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year in an agency setting, you’ll take over a well-established desk with a strong client base, allowing you to start earning commission immediately.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with schools, understanding their specific hiring needs, and providing suitable, well-vetted candidates.
• Collaborating closely with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with school environments that fit their aspirations.
• Contributing to a team-centered office culture that values open communication, professional growth, and individual contributions.

About You -

You MUST have

• Education Recruitment Expertise: You have at least 1 year of experience in an education recruitment agency, with a track record of building solid relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Commission-Driven: You’re ready to take on a warm desk and eager to make an immediate impact.
• Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Client-Focused: You are passionate about adding real value to your clients and candidates, working diligently to meet their individual needs.
