Are you passionate about driving efficiency and embedding Lean methodologies into teams? Do you have experience in financial services and a strong track record of delivering process improvements? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to make a real impact.

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, you will embed Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Apply Lean methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and embed a continuous improvement culture within teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to map out current processes and identify pain points.
  • Lead workshops and training to upskill teams in Lean principles.
  • Monitor and measure the success of improvement initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Support the automation of manual processes and implement best practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and embed change.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to lead workshops and train teams in continuous improvement techniques.
