Within the Performance Marketing team and working directly with the Very Ireland Marketing Team, you’ll play an important role in retaining and growing our Very.ie customers. Alongside our experienced CRM colleagues, you’ll directly touch our customers through thoughtful and diligently executed activity, that has the customer’s needs at the heart of everything we deliver.
We are recruiting for a CRM Marketing Executive to cover maternity leave in our team. Focusing specifically on our Very.ie customers, you will be responsible for developing and deploying targeted, behavioural led customer contact programmes across multiple channels, including Email, Push Notifications, Direct Mail & Targeted Content across our platforms (App/mobile/desktop). Your aim will be to engage Very.ie customers through timely, relevant and motivating customer communications, all designed to grow profitable sales and improve customer retention. To achieve this, you’ll need to work within several comms deployment platforms and you’ll need to build strong working relationships with many teams across the Very Ireland & Very UK businesses.

2nd stage - A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our Speke, Liverpool office.
