As a valued member of a close-knit and welcoming team, you will assume a pivotal role in the operation of state-of-the-art farm machinery across various farming tasks, ensuring optimal efficiency and crop yield.
Your responsibilities will encompass operating a diverse array of modern farm machinery for activities such as drilling, spraying, cultivating, irrigation, and general farm maintenance. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining these machines to impeccable standards through regular servicing and upkeep. Detailed record-keeping and strict adherence to health and safety protocols will also be integral to your role, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

The Candidate:

1. PA1 & PA2 spray certificates
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Competency in operating farm machinery, with experience in GPS and relevant technology
4. Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
5. Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and use own initiative
6. Team player with a positive attitude
