Assistant Principal Lawyer - Planning and Regeneration

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be assisting a well-established local authority in London in their search for an Assistant Principal Planning and Regeneration Lawyer to join their welcoming and collaborative team.

In this role, you will support the Principal Lawyer in the running and development of the Planning and Regeneration team, including deputising in the Principal Lawyer's absence where necessary. You will be managing 4-5 members of staff and will carry a reduced caseload of your own.

The successful Assistant Principal Planning and Regeneration Lawyer will have prior experience of supervising staff and will be a legal specialist in planning and highways law. Prior local authority experience is required, and you must be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx).

This is a hybrid, full-time role offering a salary of £62-69k.
