Salary: £14.22 (£12.50 p/hour + Shift Allowance)

Employment Type: Full Time - Temp to Perm

We are looking for 2 experienced machine operators who can commit to a full-time, temp to perm role at a busy engineering company in Rugby.

Shift Pattern: Rotating 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230, Mon - Fri (weekly rotating)

This role involves operating CNC machinery, which includes setting, operating, loading, unloading, and quality checking products. The end product is ceramic, not metal, so there is a learning curve involved in working with this material.

This is a standing role with a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2230, always Monday to Friday.

What skills are needed?

• Must be local to Rugby.
• Flexible enough to work the rotating shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in CNC operating or a formal UK qualification in engineering (BTEC or equivalent).
• Dexterity is required as some products are delicate.
