Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Director and working alongside our Planning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and planning our production schedules, working across the production team with our Cell Leads, Purchasing, Quality, Machine Shop, Stores, and Logistics, as well as more widely with Sales and Finance.

You will also bring your experience and knowledge to:

  • Analyze, identify, and propose solutions to risks and issues.
  • Monitor plans considering wins, issues, and improvements.
  • Complete agreed analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our new ERP system.

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll have experience in the following:

  • Working in a planning/scheduling role to meet the job description responsibilities.
  • Finding, analyzing, and updating multiple data sources across multiple departments.
  • Using data to update plans, prepare reports, and contribute to presentations and meetings.
  • Responding effectively to change and finding workable resolutions to challenges.
  • Seeking clarification of customer needs: internal and external – application, specification, and timescale.
