Customer Service Administrator / Office Administration Assistant who has great organisational, time management, communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and support the business in all back-office administrative and customer service functions is required for a well-established luxury cake design brand based in Hatch End, Harrow, North West London.

Although this position is predominantly a customer service / admin role, there is an opportunity to support clients with the design of their bespoke, luxury cakes which will be enjoyed at the most exquisite weddings and events.
Additional training covering the cake design process will be provided. But don’t worry. You won’t be expected to bake or design the cake. That’s left to the team of professional cake bakers and cake artists.
SALARY: £25,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Hatch End, Harrow, North West London (HA5) (100% Office Based)

Working as the Customer Service Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will have a wide range of responsibilities from invoicing clients, filing, ordering stock, managing customer enquiries, updating staffing records, supporting email marketing campaigns and general office and wedding / celebration cake order administrative support.
As the Customer Service Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will need to be highly pro-active with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload and have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Service Administrator / Office Administration Assistant include:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in customer service and a strong administrative background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
• A proactive and positive attitude towards work
DESIRABLE
• Strong interest in design and creativity
• Experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar email marketing software and Canva is highly desirable
• Experience using Sage or similar accounting software to raise invoices is highly desirable
