Base pay range

Listed Consultancy Business | Organic & M&A Growth

Central London | Hybrid working pattern

Up to £110,000 + 10% discretionary bonus + private healthcare, 26 days annual leave + wider benefits.

With a portfolio spanning a diverse clientele across several exciting sectors they have established a great brand within their specialist sector. They are now in a position to bring on board an Order to Cash Manager you can progress and develop within a role offering a wide range of experience not typically seen for a company of this size.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of finance transformation strategies to optimise processes and improve efficiencies.
2. Be an instrumental player in driving continuous improvements to reporting strategies, ensuring data-driven insights support decision-making.
3. Act as a key communicator, presenting innovative ideas and insights to the wider leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making.
4. Act as a partner to key department heads providing guidance on complex transactions.
5. Partner with the Sales, Finance and Operations teams, alongside other functions to align on revenue and collections strategies.
6. Full ownership of IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
8. Ownership of O2C-related audits, including SOX and revenue audits.
9. Provide support for internal and external audits.
10. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to O2C performance, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and cash flow.

Required Skills & Experience

1. A recognised Accounting Qualification is essential - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, ICAS.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
8. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is advantageous.
