Project Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator? Are you looking to join a dynamic, supportive team where you can grow your skills and knowledge? Then we’re looking for you!

You will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager across all aspects of project management, ensuring smooth execution and completion of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both local and international projects, working with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects, ensuring all tasks align with project goals and deadlines.
  2. Monitoring & Documentation: Track project progress, manage schedules, budgets, and documentation. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of the current project status.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks or issues and proactively provide solutions to mitigate their impact.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and smooth communication between all parties.
  5. Meeting Facilitation: Assist in facilitating project meetings, taking detailed minutes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Process Management: Monitor the Xero App, manage the Team Schedule, and ensure all project tracking and planning needs are met. Maintain accurate process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Project Closure: Prepare and finalise project closure documentation, ensuring a smooth and thorough completion of all project tasks.

Project Coordinator Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role
  2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc)
  5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum
